Contemplation......

Monday is coming around again fast, another opportunity to start a diet, another opportunity to fail!!!
Reasons to lose weight ......to look and feel better, to be able to ride more / better, to be able to ride both ponios, to prove I can actually do it!!!

Takeaway pizza for tea (oops) and then getting ready for healthy eating! To join a gym or not is the million dollar question......

Goal weight - 10stone
